NAV 2013 Mexican Localization

Our client has an Mexican company, the localization need meet 2 requests:
1, They need DIOT (the tax document to government) report
2, On the sample Sales and Purchase Invoice reports have half page electrical verification information, they mentioned these are requests from government.
Can anyone plz help me out of this? Does there have a addon about these requests?
