Promoted Action Order

Is there any possibility to set promoted action order in page Ribbon in one group?

Or how this order is genereted by RTC?

I know that I can do in in configuration mode, but is it possible form Development Enviroment?

I'm Looking out for the same, Have you solved it WojKetm ? I tried playing around Promoted category property, It dosen't seems to be working..

best you run "customize ribbon" (right click on ribbon). then create a new group and move the action button to that new group.
