Hi Expert, I cannot delete the open purchase order, which said Qty Rcd Not Invoiced must be 0. Please advise! Thank you!

You can "undo receipt" from posted receipt and then delete the purchase order.
OR
you can to invoice the received qty. and then you can delete the purchase order.

Thank you! I did try from the undo receipt, but the error said Qty Rcd Not Invoiced should be xxxx. Is Invoicing the only way? Thank you!

Looks like you need to invoice.
What is the current value of Quantity, Quantity Received and Quantity Invoiced ?
