Printing error in report

I have created a report for monthly activity
i have assign a Sr No. in layout by using the following link
http://dynamicsuser.net/forums/p/69100/365304.aspx
i am getting the Sr No. properly in preview but when i print the report or save report as pdf the value of Sr No. changes.
i have no idea why this is happening
