Text boxes moving in Nav

I am working on a report where the logo in the header sometimes doesn't print...this part is by design. However, what I don't want is the text boxes to the right of the logo sliding over to the left when the logo doesn't print. Is there an easy solution to keep the text boxes in one place? I tried putting them inside a rectangle, but that doesn't seem to work either.

PS:This is for Nav2009 R2 RTC version of the report.

I'm sure there are more elegant solutions, but when I hit this scenario I added an unbound text box to the report that would always display (with no content...so an empty field). I sized it to fill the width from the left edge over to the text boxes that I did not want to shift when other elements were hidden...and that worked fine. I'd be interested to hear of a better solution for this though.

That's funny, actually. I ended up doing the same thing.
