Hi Team,
I confuse the license and session part. Let say, my license can use the 3 user.(Perpetual Full User: 3). I am the administrator of nav and i would like to view the active session. Another user A and B is already login to NAV before i open the RTC. I login the RTC and click the session. But i cannot open the session list. The error is
Ok! I directly open Session List from Development Environment. At this time i can see my session list. But it show only 2 user. Specially 3 user is already login.
I wonder why nav check the license when i open session from opened RTC. :?: :?:

Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously. Wait until another user has stopped using the program. Contact your system administrator if you want to allow more simultaneous users on your system.
