How to copy the item-card (or customer-card or vendor-card or some other Card)

1) Go to the form of the card
2) SHIFT+SPACE. All fields will become blue.
3) CTRL+C to copy the card
4) F3 to create a new card
5) CTRL+V to insert the data. Navision will give an error that the card already exists. Hit Enter until you can change the primary key.
6) Add records that are connected with the card, because these records are not copied (eg. T5404:"Item Unit of Measure" under T27:"Item"

OR
4) Go to Excel
5) CTRL+V to insert the data in Excel

    or:
    - F5 for the list, or if there is no F5 list, hit the list button
    - select the record you want to copy (select the whole line)
    - Ctrl-C
    - close the list
    - F3 for a new record
    - Ctrl-V

then you'll get the number already exist error etc.
