Trying to delete Developer's Toolkit objects from NAV 2009

I'm performing a migration from NAV 2009 R2 to NAV 2013, and just found out that the Developer's Toolkit objects (Version List NDT*) have been left when migrating from NAV 5 to 2009.
I tried just leaving them there, but the database cannot be upgraded to NAV 2013, because of the presence of these objects.
None of my current Business Ready and Perpetual licenses will allow me to delete those objects.
Any ideas how it can be done?
Thanks,
Ricardo
