Problem in Backup Restoration of an upgraded 400 database

I have upgraded a database from 200 to 400. The data upgrade is complete. Now when i took the backup of the database (it was entire backup, everything ticked), after restoration it was only data, no objects. While restoration also i had checked that i am restoring the entire backup. What could be the possible reason for this?
My second question in this ragard is that, now if i import back all the objects on this restored database, will it be fine or there may be some problems with this database.
Thanks & Regards

Probably you have already some objects in the DB.
You can solve this in 2 ways:
1) Create a new DB and do a restore in that DB.
2) Make a fob with all objects and import those in your DB and then restore the data in the DB.
