Jump to URL parametrically

Hi all,
I am using NAV 2009 R2 for my reports and i need to apply a hyperling that opens a web page, different each time, parametrically to a text box.(e.g: www.in.com, www.goggle.com, e.t.c) As i know i have to use the jump to url functionality, on the Navigation tab of the text field properties. But i do noy know how to pass parametrically the value. Could you please help me? I am using the SAVEASPDF function for sending the report to a customer.
