Q: manual NAV 2013 R2 Business Web Service creation?

Hi guys,
I've been trying to create Business Web Services for NAV 2013 R2 manually, but without success. There is already NAV 2009 installed on the machine.
I've been following this http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav/archive/2012/10/18/how-to-have-few-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2013-services-on-the-same-server.aspx as a guide (with all the underlying links).
After installing the service and try running it I'm getting the following error message: "The executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service".
Do any of you encountered anything similar and know how to fix it?
