We have just upgraded a Nav4 database through to NAV2013r2 for one of our clients, this database has then been passed over to me to work on for the customer.
What I have found is that via SQL I have been able to restore the Database, I have been able to setup the Service Instance and have access to the Development Environment for this Database.
However when I run RTC I get the error message "Your not a valid user" etc etc.
Is there any way that I can add myself into the users without having to go via the RTC.
I am setup via SQL, with all relevant permissions in the Server and the Database security, however cannot run RTC.
We obviously cant restore this database to the client as they too will not have access.
Many Thanks in advance.
