Changing objects ids

I have a specific module in which the ids of the objects need to be changed.
Is there a way to do it automatically or shall I do it manually?

Yes, I successfully used Object Manager (http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=826) with 2009 RTC: I read 2013 is supported, but at the moment I didn't have the chance to try with that version.
