Margins not working in Visual Studio

Hi Everybody,

Does anyone know why Visual Studio does not respect margins? On the attached picture, I have a screen shoot showing 1)Visual Studio and 2) Print out of report. As you can see, the elements in the top are perfectly aligned with the rest of the report, but when I print it out, all elements are moved to the left.
