Can you provide details regarding the version, NAV 2009 or 2013, if NAV 2009 is this Classic or RTC?

You have verified that the correct version of 'Microsoft Navision Mail' is installed on the client machine where you are receiving the error message?

I am not sure how you are receiving this error 'all of a sudden'? Did you install new NAV client software on the machine? Are you in the middle of an upgrade process?

I would suggest that you contact your NAV partner to assist with the installation and repair. It would appear that a different version of the mail DLL is required than is currently installed via the setup repair. Your partner should be better able to assist with this issue.
