Item Manual Flush Mistake

The production user has noticed that an Item had been setup as a Manual Flush by mistake, the Prod Order is now Finished & the Item was not consumed & shows as 1 in Inventory, how do we clear up this mistake?

You have to use item journal to do adjustment of the quantities and revalue the output item.
