Has anyone had any issues getting a reseller licence for upgrading to 2013R2?
Specifically permissions for the Queries in the Upgrade toolkit?

Where during upgrading have you encountered the problem?

In Step 2 CU 104048 is trying to run UpdatePostedSalesInvoices, using Query 104001
I have checked our latest licence and it doesnt include execute permissions for 104001-104004
