Can i open certain form in navision from outside navision?

Hi Friends,
My customer is requesting to have a link (hyperlink in word or email) which when they click it should open Purchase Order Approval screen directly, rather than opening Navision first then searching for Purchase approval window.
Customer is using 2009 R2 RTC.
Is it possible? if so can advise how to achieve it?

You can done this by having windows Login functionality like we do in LS retail POS in which cashier only double clicks on application & directly POS login screen opens.
This type of scenario will definitely help you out.
