    Did you upload proper license?
What is the ID of form?
Use your solution developer’s license as you follow these steps and perform the actual upgrade. The customer’s license may be limited. If you have not already done so, locate or obtain new versions of both your solution developer’s license file and the customer’s license file that are for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.

I think you are not using the proper license (or maybe you changed it but not uploaded it).

    Hi badral

You need a developer license to use the upgrade toolkit.

license 2009 and 2013 are different, you have to request a new license for 2013 \:D/

Yes and, as far as I remember, since 1st December NAV 2009 licenses are not available anymore.

    Hi,

With NAV 2013 R2 you also need to request a new license. I can't remember the exact tables that is excluded with a NAV 2013 license but after getting an up to date license everything worked.
