How to set "Open In New Window" as default

Now I'm customizing a Page on NAV2013 R2.
I want to open this Page in new window as default, but I have no idea #-o
Please give me your advice!

Hi mohana
I customized a List page and add on a new menu for RTC.
I want to open this List page in new window like Report object.

Melissa, when you add new menu if you choose department as Reports & Analysis and then that page will open in new window. I am have no idea of other settings. Hope this helps.
