Row height and column width stuck

Running NAV 2009 R2 Classic, I have a user whose row height and column width on the Sales Quote form is stuck. He can resize it while viewing it, but as soon as he closes the form and reopens it, the row height and column width revert to how they were before. His column order saves correctly, and other forms save correctly. I tried refreshing his ZUP file, and that didn't work. I even tried refreshing his AD profile and that didn't work. He is the only user with this problem. Not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions??? :-k
