Production error

Dear forum users:
Currently we are working on a schoolproject in which we use Microsoft NAV 2009 to run a virtual company. Unfortunately our production module refuses to cooperate.
We have the following problem in our system. Every time we try to change the status of our production orders from firm planned to released we get the following error.
The bin content does not exist identification fields and values: Location Code= 'DEN BOSCH', Bin Code= 'LEVERING', Item No.='PART0004', Variant Code= ", unit of measure Code= 'STUKS'
Any help would be much appreciated.
