Customized POS Print Utility

Mabuhay! Im Chris from the Philippines and we are using NAV 2009. We just recently choose this program for the replacement of our RMS. Our suppliers team is in too slow in propress. Can you help us to figured out how to modify POS Print Utility?

Can we do it?
1. Can we change the label from Senior Citizen Disc to - Kaibigan Card Disc?
2. There are set of total counted transactions such as refunds, logins, open drawer, and so on. Can we add the total number of price that has been change since the pos starts to run (daily) so we can check how many price change has been done.

For changing the value from Transaction No to Sales Invoice No

Value[1] := 'Sales Invoice No. :';

So how can we insert Item No before the description?
