License problem while running Classic report from RTC

Dear All
We are using Nav 2009 R2.
Due to some constraints we are executing some Reports in Classic Version from RTC.
as per MSDN blog the execution of such Classic reports from RTC environment does not consume any user License.
But when all concurrent users have been exhausted then execution of such Report is throwing License overflow Error.
Suggestions and solutions are requested.

As far as I remember license consuming with classic report has been fixed starting from a certain build (maybe is no. 34931, stating from these comments?)
Our Build No. is 32012.
