Navision integration 2009 R2 integration with .net

Hi,

I am trying to integrate navision 2009 R2 using .net. In Sales page one button should display, when i click on that button it should generate sales info as a json string. how can i do this. If i do page design changes in developer version , how can i transfer those changes to demo version or normal client version.
