Is there any NAV compatible, barcode generator tool available? I want to print PDF417 2D barcodes.

it seems Navertica uses automation variables, I am looking to use it on 2013 and above any ideas if they have more recent version of the product pls

You can use other alternatives. This one is really great and is web based. I have also a Dockerfile that will build you two services inside the container - API and DEMO website which will help you create the API request for each barcode.

The advantage of this solution is the licensing, you don`t depend on AFPL Ghostscript license.
