Rendering GridLayout in Card Page

I'm using NAV 2013 version 7.00.34797.

I encounter this fenomena:
When using Grid Layout for some fields to set them next to eachother in a page, my customer Always has to maximize his page to get the fields to right size.
The page always opens with downsized little cubic fields and after maximise the fields open up, but the captions on the right stay small.
See screenshots when page is opened and after page is maximized. (the size of the page when opening is not significant smaller than the maximized page!) .

I do not experience this in our development environment.
I suspect that it could have someting to do with page personilisation, but (see other topic) I cannot open that personalization table.
Has anybody also seen this before?
Is it related to page personalisation or is it a client bug?
Is there a solution?

    R2 versie schijnt dit probleem niet te hebben.

    You will get better results posting in English. But I gather you are talking about this not happening in R2 :)

    Too bad I have the same problem in R2 now but only on one PC with rollup 10 same user.
    weird.
