Can not print from Citrix using Navision 3.6

I have a customer that is running Navision 3.6 and connecting to the database through CITRIX ICA. Everything has been running smoothly up until yesterday. The user got kicked out of CITRIX and when they went in, the format on their reports was not right. I have corrected the format issue, but now they are unable to print. I have logged into Citrix to see what could possibly be the problem, but I can not see anything that would prevent the user from printing. They have already tried rebooting the citrix server, the printer is set as the default, i am able to print fine. Is there anything else that i could or should look at? If anyone has any ideas i would greatly appreciate it. ](*,)

Can they print from other applications through Citrix?
Try restarting the print spooler proces on your citrix server.
Is the paper size of the printerdriver on the citrix machine changed (for example from A4 to Letter)?0 -
Yes they can print from other applications in citrix. Also, when I was working on the problem that they were having with their reports i did change the paper size from A4 to Letter.0

There is one known issue with Citrix and printing:
If you save or load some file within Navision (for example you save some report to HTML or you import some XLS to Navision), all prints are going to file with name starting "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" (IP of the client) to the directory from where you load or where you saved your file. And it is valid only when you use local disc. If you save to server disc, there is no problem...
It ends with restarting client or saving file to the server disc...
No known solution for that, only work-arounds...0 -

We have WIN2003 servers with MPS 3.0. Kyocera printers that are mapped to the Citrix Universal driver.
Our problem seems to be the same as you describe. Users get a blank page from the printer when they use the menu Fil - Print.
If they use toolbar buttons that first shows a Preview then the print comes out OK.
Also if they use an RDP connection both prints works OK.
Q: When you say you are changing the format of their reports; how do you do that, in a Form for the printer, or inside Navision or .. ?
Is this format user specific or common to all users ?

If you mean page format, it depend on what you want. If you want to print report each time in landscape, you can set it in report. If you want change the format per print, you can set it on the printer when printing etc.0
