Error while Connecting Nav 2013

Hi experts,
I am getting following error while connecting Nav 2013 . I am using credential type as NAVUSERPASSWORD

    hello,

    In SQL you have mixed mode authentication?

    Doesn't the event log have more than this? I would expect the NAV server to also write something.
