Learning NAV technical part

Hi,

I am certified financial consultant for NAV 2009. I have been working in financial part for more than 8 years. Now I would like to learn technical part as well. Unfortunately I am not from IT background I also dont know technical things. Thats why I dont know where to start. Please give me some ideas about it.
