If any documents are available for generate Help files in Navision 2013 R2(Customized fields also).
please guide me.

Nothing has changed for NAV 2013 R2 in this respect. Creating help (topic) files is the same as before. The differences (for NAV 2013 R2) lie in the way the are deployed as we do not have the .chm files anymore, but a help server with one directory containing all .htm (topic) files.
