Hi,
I have completed step one of Converting db and now i have merged tables, cdu.
How shall i proceed with the pages & reports merging.
Is it ok, to merge the difference between the Nav 2013 std and Nav 2013 R2 std to the Converted db for pages and reports.

You can import all NAV2013 objects in a standard NAV2013R2 database and upgrade and compile the reports to reduce the number changes in comparing.
otherwise you can see lot of changes..

You can directly import the objects which are not modified/customized.
