Localization for France, FEC export?

I can't find it on CustomerSource (i.e. the update) neither my partner on PartnerSource:

- VAT 2014 tool (to update it in open sales orders etc.) (I have heard it was released, not sure, anyway this is something I could do myself):

- FEC - 2) FEC - Fichier des écritures comptable – file of accounting records - new regulation. There should be some dataport/xmlport for this, surely it is released as a localization update (for NAV 2009 or SP1):

http://translate.google.com/translate?s ... ml&act=url

“Section 14 of the FAA in 2012 requires the submission of a copy of the files of the accounting records in dematerialized form for the presentation of accounts (CGI, LPF, art. A modified L 47).
This obligation applies to all companies keep their accounts using accounting software, whatever their activity or tax system, with the exception of agricultural enterprises under the flat rate system.”

This is commonly called "dematerialization".

Does anyone know if a tool was released for that and where to find it on CustomerSource/PartnerSource?

I got this from our French unit.

Google: Fichier des Ecritures Comptables A 47A-1 NAV to find the PDF.

I have found an older version, it is in the French Localisation, Report / Xmlport 10820

We don't use the localization (don't know why... was implemented before I joined) so I had to comment out some code but no big deal. It is just that in the localisation it is possible to apply G/L entries, and to post simulation entries. It is not too important for compliance. But I had to comment out the part that exports this part of the G/L Entry table.

I guess this is the report/xmlport they are going to update.
