Development exam - some help needed

i'm preparing for the development exam and can't find out anything about the following topics.. some help would do..

* standard features of navision online help, how to add on-line for a customized application - modifying online help

* standard use of posting groups?

* installing minor improvements on a customer site, which has customizations

* installing major improvements on a customer site, which has customizations

* the techniques used when dividing a project between multiple programmers.

* The use of the modification flag and version list

* How to deliver a modification project to a customer and how to install it on the customer's site

* use of design specifications - the basic elements in a design specification

* creation and modification of trendscape forms?? (what is a trendscape form)..

all help would be appreciated..

and also.. the differences between c/front and c/odbc..

i know it 's a lot to ask, but some i guess have short answers, and others i may need to read a guide or sth, but i can't find anything about it.. i have read solution developer training manual, and the implementation methodology manual.. but can't find anything about the topics i have written here.. the topics are from the preparation guide from MBS..
