Change Password Problem

Hi All,
I have MS Dynamics NAV 2013 environment with NavUserPassword Credential Type and middle tier and data tier in a same computer.
When I'm trying to change my password in RTC or Webclient, but system show an error "the Existing Password is not Correct".
I'm sure I type my old password correctly and i tried many times but i still can't change my password in RTC or Webclient.
So, I use debugger to checking the code and the result, an error show up when the program try to fire this code "CHANGEUSERPASSWORD(OldPassword,SetPassword);".
Can anybody help me to solve my problem? [-o<
