NAV 2013 R2 Ribbon Icon Quality

I've just installed R2 on my laptop and was slightly concerned at the awful quality of the icons, not the fact that they've been flattened but the pixellation of them.
After having a play it seems if you have your desktop display set to show Icons and Text at 125% (the default in my case) all of the icons in NAV become very pixellated. This doesn't happen in any other programs or with other icons. The setting can be found in Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display
Does anyone have any idea's or suggestions about if this is resolvable?
I know it's minor but when showing it to a customer or a prospect it makes it look truly awful.
