FIND doesn't find a very new record (NAV2013-RTM-33781)

I'm seeing strange data in my customization which seems to be because NAV2013 sometimes forgets to update new records. I'm able to re-produce the problem in a Cronus DB:
1) New Sales Invoice without any lines
2) Add a new Line with Type=Item, and No.= i.e. 70000
3) Assign a Department dimension value to the document header.
4) Say yes to update the dimension on the Lines
5) Check the dimensions of the line.
Step 2 and 3 should be done rather quickly. I do it by setting focus on the No. column in the sub-form (a non-inserted line) and place the mouse on the Department field. Then press F4, Enter, left-click, F4, Enter.
Now it should ask if the the lines should be updated, which you should accept.
If you then check if the dimension on the line is updated, you will notice that it isn't !!
Anyone seen this before, and know if there is a solution for it?
