After NAV 2013 R2 Installation - MMC Exception for 2013

Hi,
I have installed NAV 2013 R2 in which NAV 2013 was already Exists. Both i installed in Same System.
It gets installed successfully, but if i start NAV Administration for NAV 2013 to restart the services Or Addition of new Instance, an Exception is coming. In which it stops the services(which leads to Failure in starting the NAV ADMINISTRATION.
MY OS version : WIN 7 Professional (64 bit) and WIN 8 (64 bit)
I attached the Error

Its working
Btw, if you do development in R2 on different machine, make sure you open management port in firewall. Otherwise you might get errors in dev. env. when saving objects.
