2013R2 I Need Example Code to Import Item Picture from URL

Hi Guys,
My first look at 2013 R2, I am importing data and I have the item numbers and the image thumbnail url's, I know that in 2013 R2 we cannot use blob.IMPORT(path)

I have looked at the functions in the codeunit that used to start with "3tier" now called "File Management", Googled and searched the forums, but I cannot find example code.

In a nut shell I want to get the images from the web url and import them into the Item.Picture blob field.

Any help with a working example would be great!
