NAV 2013 R2 - no apps are installed to open this type

Hi, I have a new installation of NAV2013R2 installed in a three tier environment. On the server where RTC and Development Environment is installed, a message "no apps are installed to open this type of link (dynamicsnav)" displays whenever I try to run a page/report/table. The server is a windows server 2012 standard x64
Does anybody else know how to fix this ?
