I am looking a sample CV of a experienced Dynamics NAV technical/functional consultant. Would really appreciate if you have one to share with me.

I won't share mine fully, but looks like this: on the top NAV highlights, just short list like years of experience, number certifications, my blog, my downloads here on mibuso. Then personal data, contact details etc. Then the jobs in reverse order, explaining both what was achieved and what kind of experience was gained, focusing on the more important projects as examples. I.e. "2005-2006 NAV Consultant and Developer at Company X, projects included the first LS Retail implementation in the country of X at a company with 5 large retail shops" etc. Then the school details, certifications details, some personal touches.
