Manifest and script for control add-in

Hi,

Does anyone know where to find more examples about how to create manifest files and scripts?
I have made an add-in which works just fine in the 2013R2 RTC but after importing the resources nothing is shown or errors occur.

What is you' re only overriding System.Windows.Forms.Control CreateControl?
