Error When Opening RTC 2013

Hi All,

While Opening RTC 2013 Client, it is showing the demo data dialogue box when i say ok then

the below error comes, ( But iam Using Credential type NavUserPassword ), followed this below link for using the credential type

The server "net.[url=tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV70/Service]tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV70/Service[/url]" is either unavailable or your connection has been lost.
Do you want to attempt to reconnect?


i had restarted the navsion services and sql server instances many times but no use.

    Hey Sunka Satish,

    As far as I understand -

    1. You are using Credential Type as NAVUserPassword.
    2. While Connecting your are getting error message -
    The server "net.[url=tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV70/Service]tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV70/Service[/url]" is either unavailable or your connection has been lost.
    Do you want to attempt to reconnect?

    Please let me know following things -

    1. What I Think is that correct (above two points)?
    2. Can you goto eventviewer and paste the error that is coming after you get error message.
