Outlook Sync based on Contact Business Relation

Hi there,
We are using NAV 2009 R2 and I have Outlook sync working with Contacts, with desired filtering on fields within the contacts table. I am having trouble figuring out how I would go about filtering the contacts syncd based on their Business Relation code?
E.g, I would only like to sync contacts that are of Business Relation Vendor into Outlook for users that are in the purchasing dept.
I've had a play around with Level 1 but no luck so far, hope someone can point me in the right direction.
