Error When I Run Upgrade7007010.1.fob???? (NAV2013 R2)

Dear All Experts

When I run page ID 104001 (Page Upgrade - Old Version), I got this error.


Microsoft Dynamics NAV

---

You do not have the following permissions on Page Upgrade - Old Version: Execute

Page View - Upgrade - New Version must close.


How to solved it?

This looks like it is a license issue or you do not have enought permission on the SQL server.

1. Double check whether you use Developers license for the upgrade.
2. Double check whether the user has Db_owner permissions on the database.
3. Make sure that you can access and run objects in the database. Execute permission can be added on the public profile.

Thanks for your replies , But unfortunately I can run and design all objects in database but not for range11XXXX

My solution that i do ,rename ID for upgrade object5 from 11XXXX to 5XXXXX , After that it's solved.
