Is there a reason why MS is not providing a public server with URL as default install?
That way majority of clients don't need to install it, and MS can actually get real-time feedback.

Did you install it while installing NAV?
I didn't and could not use the F1 button, no help was found although the master.chm was in the client folder, so I redid the setup and installed the help server.

They are talking about the cloud all the time. They could do it? Or mibuso admin could provide a public URL?
