Setup Limited User NAV 2013R2

Hello,

I have searched the Limited User in NAV 2013 and NAV 2013R2, and has been tested both of them.

In NAV 2013 there is no control on whether you use it as a "full license" or only use 3 specified tables (write permission). In NAV 2013R2 it seems that they have made a control.

How do I setup the Limited user in NAV 2013R2, with the 3 tables which are to be given access to?
I think it's something with Permission Set, but do they need to have SUPER Permission Set + specified 3 tables or do I have to create one entirely new Permission Set for limited user?
