Chart per selected record - dynamically updated

Is it possible to create a chart which shows data for one record only and updated dynamically when user selects another record?
In this case, axis X would contain limited number of fields of the record. For example, when account 22300 selected, the chart shows two bars for debit and credit for account 22300. When account 22400 selected, the chart shows two bars for debit and credit for account 22400. See pictures below. I created them by changing data source filters in Generic Chart Setup, but I need to change it dynamically.
