Configuration of Ribbon lost after Page Modification

Hi,
I have a big Problem regarding the confiugration in NAV, a colleague of mine invested a lot of time to configure ribbons in a page (in config-mode...). Now I changed the Pagetype Property of this page to a different Option, after saving the object all configurations are gone.
Is there anyway to restore These configurations?
