Set Actions on Ribbon invisible

How can I hide a page action which is shown in NAV 2013 by default?
For example, I don't want to give the users the opportunity to select "send by email".

I couldn't find any property to select the standard actions...

@Mark: Yes, you are right: For me it needs to set the training material to set on "visible"

isn't the whole point of the role-tailored experiance that it should be solvable by profile configuration, without having to touch the objects themselves?

Oh, I am sorry. I figured you wanted to do it with the designer.

If you want to pre configure the RTC for a group of users you can use a profile.
